1. CMS Technologies Powered Ethernet Partners Program Executive identifies a value add partner.
    
2. Candidate partner completes CMS Technologies Powered Ethernet Partners Program application.
    
3. Should the partner participation require custom modification, the CMS Technologies Powered Ethernet Partners Program Executive reviews and approves.  Proposed contracts outside of guidelines will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
    
4. The signature of a company officer (President or a Vice President) is required to execute the program participation.
    
5. Upon signing of contract, program partner will receive "CMS Technologies Powered Ethernet Partners Program Kit" with information on the CMS Technologies Powered Ethernet Partners Program.  CMS Technologies Program Executive will coordinate appropriate training and project support.
