Mr. Austermann joined the company in
December 1997 to oversee general
management of CMS and direct the
company's sales and marketing
efforts. He brings proven
leadership and management experience from
a number of high growth sales companies
including Tecnomatixs Technologies, Inc.,
Diffracto Ltd., and Automatix, Inc. He
graduated in 1981 from the University of
Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering & Applied

Naamani, Vice President and Chief
Operations Officer

Mr. Naamani comes to CMS from Cimatron, a
$55 million company. He brings over 15
years experience in product and
operations management, and was
responsible for engineering management
and technical marketing at Tecnomatic
Technologies.
Noam
Ribon, Director of Customer Operations

Mr. Ribon has over 14 years of experience
in the high tech industry, ranging from
R&D and product management to
multi-million dollar account program
management. Working with customers, Mr.
Ribon focuses on translating deployment
of technical leading edge solutions to
critical business values and increased
productivity.
Sue
Ostrander, Office Manager -
Ms. Ostrander has over 18 years
experience in administration, personnel
and finance in high-tech and high growth
companies. She brought a district from
the largest past due collection amount
(over 2.5M) to the most current company,
has been in charge of instituting a new
accounting software system, and has
improved team motivation by advocating
increased communication, training and
problem solving.
